John Cranor is a Virginia Licensed Home Inspector with the NRS designation. He is currently serving by appointment of the Governor on the Virginia DPOR Asbestos, Lead and Home Inspector Regulatory Board. He is the current President of the Central Virginia ASHI Chapter and has served on numerous committees for the American Society of Home Inspectors.
Though John instructs in all areas of home inspection, he is the lead instructor in courses involving New Residential Structures.
