Kenneth C. (Kenny) Hart, ACI Lead Instructor/Owner KC Hart and Company
A second-generation Master Plumber and HVAC Contractor, Kenny Hart has 45 years of experience in the mechanical fields. He holds a Master’s License in plumbing, HVAC and gas-fitting. He is a Virginia licensed home inspector, with the NRS designation and teaches a DPOR pre-license course in the Commonwealth. As well as operating KC Hart and Company, he regularly teaches CE courses as "The Plumbing and HVAC Guy" throughout the United States.
Kenny is a Retired-ASHI Certified Inspector, an InterNACHI Member and a member of several other major home inspection and professional organizations. Kenny is a Past-President of Hampton Roads ASHI and served on several committees for the American Society of Home Inspectors including the ASHI Technical Committee for three years. He served one year as the chairman of that committee. He is a contributing editor to the ASHI@Home series and has authored and contributed to technical articles for several major magazines including the Journal of Light Construction and Popular Mechanics.

John Cranor, ACI Associate Instructor
John Cranor is a Virginia Licensed Home Inspector with the NRS designation. He is a Commercial Real Estate Inspector, Roof Inspector, FEMA Technical Monitor, Certified Residential Thermographer, a Litigation Consultant and a Virginia DPOR approved training provider on New Residential Structures CPE. He is currently serving by appointment of the Governor on the Virginia DPOR Asbestos, Lead and Home Inspector Regulatory Board. He is the current President of the Central Virginia ASHI Chapter and has served on numerous committees for the American Society of Home Inspectors.
Though John instructs in all areas of home inspection, he is the lead instructor in courses involving New Residential Structures. He specializes in all aspects of training in Roof Inspection and Report Writing for Virginia Home Inspectors.

Michael Casey, ACI, MCI
Michael Casey is a Virginia Licensed Home Inspector and a California Real Estate Association Master Inspector. He is an International Code Council Certified Combination Residential Code Inspector and Certified Building Inspector. These credentials coupled with multi-state General and Plumbing Contractor licenses and numerous Home Inspector Certifications, as well as a published Code Reference book author, substantiate an intimate knowledge of the intent of construction codes. Mike is regularly retained as Code Expert regarding numerous matters, including habitability disputes.
Mr. Casey is a Past-President of the American Society of Home Inspectors and the California Real Estate Inspectors Association. He is a well-known presenter on all topics of home inspection throughout the United States. He regularly holds classes through his MCA School on the West Coast and with Kenny Hart provides pre-licensing training through KC Hart and Company in Virginia. He oversees the online portion of the KC Hart and Company/MCA School 70-Hour course and is a Certified Distance Education Instructor. He holds several trade licenses in CT and CA.

Mike Bryan ACI, Masonry Specialist
Mike Bryan worked as a Journeyman mason from 1972-1986. He later worked as an Estimator and Project manager as well as a Design/Build Construction Designer. He has associated with the National Concrete Masonry Association and Brick Institute of America. Mike has been a Commercial and Residential Home Inspector since 1993.
